Is it safe to order MP3's online?
I use Paypal for secure transactions, and your information is never shared for any purpose other than to provide you with the ability to download your digital goods.  I will never give your information out to any third party.

What type of files are they?
All MP3's are 320 Kbps, CD Transparent Audio, 44,100 Hz, 16 Bit, Stereo.  Some may be professionally mastered, other may not.  You can preview each track before buying.

Are they high quality?
320 bit MP3's are near loss-less CD quality audio.  These files can be burned to a CD, put onto your iPod, or you can bring them to a presser for a one-off dub plate.

What can I do with them?
Burn them to a CD, put them in your iPod or MP3 player, cut a dub plate.  The only thing I ask is that you do not re-distribute the files.  These files are for your personal use only.

Can't I just get them for free?
Probably.  With the influx of P2P, these files may be floating around the internet somewhere already.  I can say that purchasing MP3's directly from this site (or directly from any artist) is very much appreciated.  Without getting into the MP3/P2P/Piracy discussion, supporting an artist by purchasing what he has to offer is the best way to ensure future and more quality work.

Can I redistribute these digital downloads?
I ask that you don't.  These files are for your personal use, and I ask that you don't pass them along.

How will my digital downloads be delivered to me?
After your purchase, you will immediately be sent an email with your username and password and a location to download your digital goods.

When will my digital downloads be available?
  Immediately after purchase.

How long do I have to download my digital downloads?
Your digital downloads will be available for 24 hours from the time of your purchase from the servers.

How many locations can I download from?
Each account is limited to 2 locations.  This is to prohibit users from passing usernames and passwords on to others.

What do I do if I have a problem/question?
Email me:  sknight@thoughtbludgeon.com  I'll do my best to sort out any situation that may arise, or explain anything not covered here.
